For the print version: I didn't have enough time left to search for a fold that would accommodate so many pages without a bunch of leftover blank space, so I ended up doing 3 separate mini-booklets (16 pages each) using the mini-booklet fold from the EZM, then I just stapled those together one on top of the other. I might come back and clean this up (alongside other housekeeping) later!
